School Groups
Staglands Wildlife Reserve provides a wonderful educational environment offering many hands on experiences that cannot be replicated in the classroom. Bookings are essential and it is highly recommended that you book as early as possible to ensure that your preferred date is available. Click here to contact us.

There is no limit on the number of students in a visiting school group. However, smaller groups allow students more opportunity for close encounters with the animals and birds, which will enhance the educational value of your school visit to our wildlife reserve.

Your group can use The Barn as a central point and you are welcome to bring your own lunch or we can provide BBQ sausages with bread, drinks and ice cream for $5 per person.

There is plenty of room for parking cars and buses and our Staglands Café is open every day, so the parents and teachers can get a well earned coffee.

Groups
Our wildlife park offers a discounted entry fee for groups of 10 people or more. Staglands in the Akatarawa Valley is the perfect location for a group visit whether it is simply for a fun day out with extended family, a photography club outing or a get-together with friends or colleagues.

Don’t forget Staglands is well equipped as a conference or day seminar venue and for special occasions such as children’s birthday parties special events and for weddings and receptions!

Group bookings are essential and you must pay as a group in order to receive a discount.
