Full Time Cafe Position-available Jan 2012
We need a good all round person in our café. Someone that is comfortable serving customers, making coffees as well as cooking.
This is a great job for someone that wants to work in a pleasant, rural environment. An interest in conservation and wildlife would obviously be an advantage!
This is a full time job involving all aspects of kitchen work including serving and dealing with customers, ordering, stock control, supervising staff, some basic cooking, completing cleaning schedules and keeping food control plans up to date. Good communication skills and presentation are important. At times you may be working on your own, but mainly you will be part of a small team
We also do catered packages for functions and groups so a managers certificate and function experience would be great.
You will need to do one day in the weekend and some evening function work. $15-$19/hr depending on your experience and attitude.
